APPLICATIONS
VFP’s prefabricated construction allows our metal shelters to withstand wind loads of 130 mph at approximately 50% of the weight of concrete structures. Our metal shelters are ideal for rooftop sites, helicopter lifts to remote or inaccessible locations, portable data centers, or oil rig control centers. Metal shelters offer stability, versatility, durability, and transportability for various industries and applications.
CONSTRUCTION
Our team of experts assemble our metal shelters using a uniquely manufactured, VFP-proprietary interlocking galvanneal metal for wall and roof panels. This innovative manufacturing design provides the flexibility to accommodate any integrated equipment or site considerations.
Standard, single-unit metal shelters are available in widths up to 16 feet with ceiling heights of 9 feet or more. Custom modular shelters are available in many configurations with standard widths of up to 40 feet and lengths of up to 100 feet or more. Additionally, our expert installers provide professional, factory installation and setup for all integrated products. This provides you with a better quality assurance and installation experience.
PERFORMANCE
Equipment protection and maintaining the proper operating environment are critical to maximizing system functionality. With installed accessories specific to local building codes, VFP metal shelter solutions can meet many harsh environmental challenges and keep critical systems operational.
INSTALLATION
With VFP, you don’t need to worry about delivery and installation. We go beyond the design of your lightweight metal structure and can coordinate all logistical needs to get your integrated lightweight shelter manufactured and installed onsite. VFP will coordinate the drop-off of your completed shelter, including all over-the-road permitting and on-site cranes. Additionally, it will include all required state inspections and certifications.
